We are pleased to be welcoming Martine Ferland, President and CEO of Mercer and Vice-Chair of Marsh & McLennan Companies.

This Meet the Executive event will touch upon the importance of Mentorship as the FACC launches its inaugural cohort for the Women in Business Mentoring program this fall. In this intimate discussion, Martine will share with the audience some of the obstacles she has overcome as a female executive, her guiding principals, and experiences that have helped shape her career.

Martine Ferland is President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercer, a $5 billion global leader in redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being. She also serves as Vice-Chair of Marsh & McLennan Companies (NYSE: MMC), Mercer's parent and the leading global professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people.

Martine leads Mercer’s 25,000 colleagues in providing trusted advice and solutions to build healthier and more sustainable futures for our clients, colleagues, and communities. She is passionate about working with clients to solve their toughest challenges of today and tomorrow, and in leading purposefully through sustainable growth to create a better society and provide better outcomes for people. Martine is often asked to express her views on diversity and inclusion, sustainability, longevity, and workforce transformation through technology, and is one of Mercer’s most engaged leaders in charitable outreaches. She also is active in Mercer’s global volunteering program, Mercer Cares, which partners with organizations to create high-impact initiatives in education, disaster preparedness and recovery.
