On October 10, we held our first Business Awards Gala.
The event was an immense success with 200 attendees amongst which NC Secretary of Commerce Tony Copeland, SC Commerce Department Chuck Bundy, and French Consul General Vincent Hommeril.
French companies and companies doing business with France were honored and many other potential awardees joined them to enjoy an evening of fun, good cheer and networking at the fabulous NC Museum of Art.
The evening brought many smiles, many connections and a lot of business with awardees discovering potential partnerships with each other.
FACCC was proud to showcase the great achievements and the economic impact French companies in NC and SC and encourage more business to be done with France. The Chamber was also proud to recognize the social impact of Dress for Success with a $3000 check and a 5 year membership to all their constituents.
Thank you to all who participated, an immense thank you to all the sponsors (bioMérieux, Dassault Systèmes, SKEMA Business School, Michelin, Cellectis, Ashlin Associates, FPL Foods, Global Luxury Management Program at NC State, RTRP, and Paysage) and to our gracious host Ambassador Jim Cain, who made the gala possible.
