Pascale has +30 years of global Human Resources experience gained in three different industries. As a Chief Human Resources Officer for ten years, she designed and delivered talent and business strategies.
She led the HR agenda in major corporations in Retail/Fashion (Michael Kors/Jimmy Choo/Versace), Consumer Goods (S.C. Johnson) and Medical Equipment (General Electric).
She now has her Coaching company. She coaches executives on their results, career aspirations and transitions, as well as their leadership legacy. She is also skilled at supporting leaders as they seek to improve communication and collaboration
Pascale has a Coaching Certification from Columbia University, a French equivalent MBA in Human Resources, and a Master’s Degree in Law.
